Divorce Client

‘Many many thanks for all your help. It was very reassuring to have the process explained with such clarity and I really appreciated the guidance as to what was a reasonable position to take. You have been wonderful at keeping the process moving forward….with tact, diplomacy and good humour.’
Collaborative Client

'At a time when my marriage and family had broken apart, the thought of further agony as a result of bitter and expensive divorce proceedings was not something that I relished. I fortunately spoke to Lynne Passmore, who explained about the collaborative process and this certainly appealed to me. Although this was still a very apinful process, it was not exacerbated by arguments between myself, my ex husband and our solicitors. We sat around the table and decided amicably how the marital assets were to be split and also importantly about the arrangements for our children.
It was not a long drawn out affair and has allowed my ex husband and myself to begin to forge a new and amiable relationship. Most importantly our children have not been embroilled in a bitter and twisted battle.
I would highly recommend this process'.
Collaborative Client

'Lynne Passmore is collaborative and solution focussed.'
